  • How do I know if counselling is right for me?

Counselling can benefit anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of guidance. If you’re experiencing persistent emotional challenges or simply want to better understand yourself, counselling can provide a safe and supportive environment to explore these concerns.

  • Is everything I share during sessions confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a core principle of my practice and the ethical standards I adhere to. Everything you share is kept private, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law. Your trust and safety are my priorities.

  • How many sessions will I need?
